Aaliyah Daniel Haughton made her way to fame in 1994 after her album debut Age Ain't Nothing But an Numer. The album, made available at just 15 years old it went Gold. R. Kelly heavily influenced this collaboration, and helped to bring her to the forefront. In 1996 Jermaine and Timbaland made Aaliyah's album One In A Million. It featured If You Girls Only Knew the top-selling single. Aaliyah achieved international recognition for her R&B singing through this album. She was a part of martial arts legend Jet Li in the romance-action film Romeo Must Die. Joel Silver spotted her in an award show. In 2002, she was involved in the Anne Rice-produced movie about horror Queen of the Damned. After that, she entered the Matrix by playing Zee as Zee in The Matrix Sequels having also appeared as a character in The Matrix Reloaded in 2003 as well as The Matrix Revolutions in the same year. She received four nominations at the Grammy Awards in 2001, 1999 and 2002. Aarti Mann.....................Aarti Mann also known as Aarti Majumdar is an American actor who is best known for her portrayal of Priya Koothrappali in the popular TV series The Big Bang Theory. Aarti Mann is an Indian-American from the first generation born in Connecticut. Mann is her stage name. It is an acronym for Mankad her surname when she married. She uses Aarti Mann and Aarti Majumdar as her professional names. Her acting career began in minor film and TV roles, but her popularity grew during the middle 2000s. Some of her other notable work include Leverage 2012, Suits 2013, and Grey's Anatomy 2017. The actress has been featured in a variety of commercials including Volvo's international car manufacturer. She is currently working on her acting career in Los Angeles, where she lives with her daughter and husband.
